Shadow Work Course - A Time and Space To Heal

Many believe Shadow Work to be some of the most important work of each Wheel. Every year nature provides us with the perfect alignment of all the energies needed to truly heal ourselves, our ancestral line and begin a new cycle. The earlier we start our shadow work (as it is spiritual work that we never finish) the more in alignment with our soul purpose we become, but of course for many this kind of work is not learnt about until much later. When we have lived, gathered trauma and need this healing work more than ever, that is when we find this sacred calling, as our ancestors reach out with our guides to bring us to the guidance, space and support we need. So, whether you are new to shadow work or well-practiced I hope you will join me this year as we work to integrate our shadow and light. 

This year’s shadow journey is a deep one, making the most of a powerful year astrologically and the call of our own blood to reveal, heal, integrate and emerge reborn.

Often we heal the most outer layers of our trauma, the root of the wounds that lay within from childhood, adulthood and our own ancestral line hidden. It can be a daunting prospect looking closer, going deeper and truly seeing. This is why I am a big believer in having a guide, someone who will show you the way, and provide a space of safety for the work ahead. Hence, I have been teaching shadow work to a small group of people every year for years online through our Academy. As we travel together you will be seen and led as I am present every day of the course holding space for those within our hidden Facebook group.

Our course starts first week of October and finished first week of November.

Join me this year as we work deeply with our guides and inner child to discover our trauma through wound mapping, relinquish stagnant energy, communicate with our inner self and transcend our shadows into the light.

We shall nurture the wounded parts of ourselves through sacred journey, ritual. journalling, breathwork, and other healing practices.

I cannot tell you how many people I have taught or worked healing for who feel they are walking through life feeling lost, experiencing lack, dealing with health issues, anxiety and so much more completely overwhelmed much of the time.

Through this course we will explore the Shadow Self in a safe container where you can ask questions, be free to express yourself and open yourself to the healing available to you through this sacred part of the year.

All our work brings us to a point where we can leave our Shadow Work in 2024 standing in our own power, filled with confidence, reconnected to Source, and feeling whole and complete.
